Points uncovers Australia’s loyalty program craze, and how to master the art of earning and spending

Management consultant David Moloney has published Points: Mastering the Game of Frequent Flyers, a book examining how loyalty programs have become major commercial forces. He uses Qantas Frequent Flyer, which has more than 18 million members, as a case study. Moloney argues that frequent-flyer points now act as a new kind of currency that shapes how Australians spend and travel. The book covers how members can earn and spend points, reach higher status and keep up with program changes. It is priced at $34.99.
