PUBLISHER RIGHTS

Corrections, rights concerns and source opt-out.

Publishers and authorised representatives can ask us to review material, correct an error, remove material or stop future retrieval from a feed or domain.

We verify authority and may temporarily restrict material while reviewing. A review action is not an admission of liability. Incomplete, fraudulent, abusive or unsupported requests may be rejected.

Prefer not to use this form, or don’t have a specific link? Email support@californiawebgroup.com with the same details — your name, authority to act, the source or material concerned and the action requested — and we will handle it the same way.

Add at least one URL for a correction or removal request, so we can find the material. Opting a whole source or domain out of future retrieval doesn’t need a specific URL — leave these blank, choose “Disable source or domain” below, and name the source in the details field.Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details or unnecessary identity documents. We will ask for reasonable evidence through an appropriate channel if needed.

We use your request and contact details to verify, review and respond, and retain them as described in the Privacy Policy. You’ll get a reference number on screen once you submit — save it. Our team reviews requests and will email you at the address above if we need more information or once it’s resolved; if you don’t hear back within a reasonable time, follow up at support@californiawebgroup.com with your reference.
