New York writer Molly Crabapple will appear in conversation with Omar Musa at Coledale Community Hall on Thursday, 19 November. They will discuss her book Here Where We Live Is Our Country, which traces the Jewish Bund, a mass socialist movement, from 1897 to 1945. The South Coast Writers Centre says ticket proceeds, after tour costs, will support The Jewish Council of Australia. The event runs from 7pm to 8pm, with tickets at $30, or $20 concession. A follow-up Evening of Solidarity will be held in Sydney on 22 November.
