Prime Video has released the official full trailer for the third season of The Rings of Power, which returns next month. The trailer shows Sauron building his army of Orcs as the elves, dwarves and men search for a way to stop him. It also introduces the men who will become the Ringwraiths. The season is set seven years after the second season and opens during the height of the war between the elves and Sauron. New cast members include Jamie Campbell Bower as Celeborn, Galadriel's long-lost husband, and Simon Pegg, who voices the Balrog.
Romeo Beckham is set to make his acting debut in Forty Love, a French sports romance whose trailer has been released. He plays the rival and love interest of tennis prodigy Sacha Gallo, played by Paul Kircher. The film is directed by Pierre-Ange Carlotti and will premiere in France in November, with international release dates yet to be confirmed. The trailer hints at a darker tone than Heated Rivalry, including imagery of gore and body horror.
The trailer for the final season of Yellowjackets has been released, showing the team returning home. The series follows a 1990s soccer team stranded after a plane crash, with the story moving between the present day and the years in the wilderness. Alanis Morissette's song Ironic plays in the trailer, and an MTV News style bulletin announces the girls have been rescued. The final season explores the survivors adjusting to ordinary life. Season 4 premieres on Paramount+ on November 20.

Police have recovered a stolen Toyota Landcruiser, a mower trailer and a Cub Cadet ride-on mower taken from Leongatha on October 12. Detectives executed a search warrant on a Moe property on October 14, then found the trailer and mower dumped in bushland near Tyers. A 21-year-old Wonthaggi man has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle, theft and committing an indictable offence while on bail. His bail application was refused and he remains in custody. A 17-year-old Morwell male was interviewed and released pending further investigation.
Netflix has released the trailer for Narnia: The Magician's Nephew, directed by Greta Gerwig. The trailer is set to Stairway to Heaven and has a psychedelic style. Gerwig has said little publicly about the film, but has said she was inspired by 1960s-era David Bowie and that it will not be a musical. The film adapts C.S. Lewis's sixth Narnia novel, which he wrote in 1955 as a prequel after an acquaintance asked how a London lamppost ended up in Narnia's woodland. Gerwig made the film for Netflix after the success of Barbie.
A new trailer has been released for Godzilla Minus Zero, the sequel to Takashi Yamazaki's Godzilla Minus One. The original film was a major international hit and won an Oscar for best visual effects. The sequel follows Kōichi Shikishima, who is pulled back into battle with Godzilla as a new threat strikes Japan two years after the country's recovery. Most of the original cast is returning. Godzilla Minus Zero opens in theatres on November 3, 2026.
