Get the appGrove Studios Academy, in partnership with the University of Canberra, will deliver a new Bachelor of Creative Industries in Contemporary Music Practice. The course will give students a direct pathway into the degree.
Nearly a third of The Grove, a premium townhouse development in Weston, has already been taken up. The project includes 60 two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses beside Fetherston Gardens. Eleven dwellings sold before the public release, with seven more reserved. Prices start from $699,900 for a two-bedroom townhouse. Completion is planned for 2028, and more than 130 new trees are planned across the precinct.
Actor and director Rebel Wilson has listed her Birchgrove cottage in Sydney, with a buyer's guide of $3.8m. The 1890s freestanding four-bedroom home sits near the Snails Bay waterfront and opposite Birchgrove Oval. Wilson bought the property in 2022 through her investment company, Camp Sugar Productions. The listing follows the sale of her Balmain penthouse last year. Wilson is also facing a court case brought by AI Film and its producers over the release of her directorial debut, The Deb.
