Get the appMiddle Head Road in Mosman will close to traffic from midday on Friday 23 October until 11pm on Saturday 24 October. The closure is for a free two-day street party, the centrepiece of the six-day Festival of Mosman: Encore. The road shuts between the Mosman Junction roundabout and Muston Street, according to Mosman Council.
The Hepburn Swiss Italian Festa will close with a La Dolce Vita Crawl on Main Road, Hepburn Springs, on Sunday, October 25, from noon to 5pm. Visitors can join a Long Table Lunch at Lotte, a Pasta Sauce Competition at the Hepburn Springs Motor Inn with $200 in prizes, and a free concert at The Palais from 2pm. A photography exhibition at 116 Main Road showcases Italian pioneers in Victoria between 1850 and 1900. The Festa honours the Italian-speaking Swiss migrants who helped shape the town and its surrounding region.
Mosman Council is searching for the suburb's most loveable dog. Residents can enter their pooch to compete at the Encore Street Party on Middle Head Rd on October 24. The winner will be announced at the event.

Get the appThe Sunshine Halloween Kids Street Party returns to Hampshire Road on Saturday 31 October, from 2 pm to 4 pm. Roaming ghouls, trick-or-treating, treasure hunts, craft activities and decorated Halloween dens will fill the street between Bennett Place and the Precinct Arcade. Children can also enjoy face painting and collect lollies at three Halloween Lolly Dens. Bennett Place will close to traffic from 12 noon to 5 pm, with a small stage and music from Cassidy Le Creme. Families are invited to wear their most creative Halloween costumes.
