Award-winning $2.5m Roseworthy playground draws state families
A $2.5m community playground at Roseworthy, in Adelaide's northern suburbs, has won the best Social and Community Infrastructure project award at the 2026 UDIA SA Awards for Excellence. Harvest Green Park opened in February and has drawn families from across the state. More than 1500 people attended its opening day celebration. The playground is part of a $504m Roseworthy development expected to house 750 families. Hickinbotham Group managing director Michael Hickinbotham said the company was proud of the award and its effect on the local community.
