Farmer Wants A Wife favourites Will Simpson and Jessica Cova have married at McGuigan House in New South Wales' Hunter Valley, where they first met during speed dating on the 2022 season. Jess wore a strapless gown with a leg slit, while Will wore a white tuxedo jacket and black bowtie. Jess said the region held special meaning for them. The couple planned a black-tie event under a marquee, with Will's mother, a florist, handling most of the flowers. Former cast members attended.
Seven has said Farmer Wants A Wife has not been cancelled and that a new series will be produced in 2027. Star Ally Horsburgh, who was chosen by Farmer Dylan on the 2026 season before the pair split, says the show does not need a break. She says it gives everyday Australians a real chance to meet someone. Horsburgh says love is always a gamble and that the show's format does not need changing to improve its success rate. Applications for 2027 are now open.
Farmer Wants A Wife couple Tom Martin and Georgie Lavery have confirmed they have called off their engagement and will not marry. The couple met on the 2025 season of the show and shared their engagement in July. Tom, 32, had proposed in January at Avalon Falls, where they had their first date. They had planned to marry in April 2027.

Daisy Lamb and Todd Melbourne, who met on season 14 of Farmer Wants A Wife, have confirmed their split in a joint Instagram statement. The couple said they made a mutual decision to end the relationship and bore no bitterness towards each other. They hinted that differing values and a lack of respect were behind the decision. Lamb asked for privacy and for fans to be kind, saying they plan to remain good friends.
