LETTER: Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshore Precinct demands a whole-of-site approach

Coffs Harbour resident Ian Hogbin has written to News Of The Area asking for planning of the Jetty Foreshore Precinct to cover the whole site, including the Jetty restaurant strip. He wants concepts, costs, funding models and timelines set out before further physical redevelopment proceeds. His letter raises concerns about traffic through the existing level crossing, the Jetty restaurant strip's need for renewal, parking and the plan for 250 residences. He also calls for funding from all levels of government, with Council possibly using a Special Rate for its share.
