TV host Dr Phil McGraw and his wife, Robin McGraw, have listed their Beverly Hills, California, estate for $US67.5 million ($A96.6 million). The couple bought the property in 2010 for $US29.8 million ($A42.6 million) and completed the Mediterranean Revival-style residence the following year. The sprawling estate sits on 2.76 acres and features eight bedrooms, more than 10 bathrooms, a guesthouse, staff accommodations, a swimming pool, a wine cellar, and a tennis court.
