Cummins left with more questions than answers ahead of Newlands

Australia captain Pat Cummins says his batters must find ways to get through tough spells after a 31-run innings defeat in Gqeberha. Australia were dismissed for 99 on the fourth day, handing South Africa a 214-run lead in the series. Cummins says Steve Smith is set to return for the third Test in Cape Town, with Cameron Green and Josh Inglis also likely to be available. Team selection is under discussion, including the future of batter Marnus Labuschagne.

Taunts and turmoil: Jansen, Rabada get under Aussies' skin

Australia were dismissed for 99 in their first innings of the second Test in Gqeberha, leaving them under pressure to save the match. South Africa's Marco Jansen and Kagiso Rabada rattled the top order, with Jansen taunting Marnus Labuschagne and trading words with Matthew Renshaw and Beau Webster. Coach Andrew McDonald called the batting errors disappointing, though he said Australia still held six wickets in hand. Cameron Green and Josh Inglis are set to be available for the third Test in Cape Town.
