Spyre secures $8.2m unconditional apartment sale at completed Arc Residences in Toowong

• A buyer has paid $8.2 million for a luxury apartment in Arc Residences, a 24-residence development in Toowong, Brisbane. The buyer waived the cooling-off period, making the deal immediately unconditional.
• Developer Spyre says the sale adds to a 100 per cent settlement rate across the riverfront development. Director Andrew Malouf said buyers at the top end of the market remain discerning and will move quickly when the right product is available.
• The sale was facilitated by Joel Imeson of Griffith & Co with Whitefox Projects. Arc has reached completion and is open for buyers to tour.
