Fatal traffic crash, Cornubia

• A man has died in hospital after a traffic crash at Cornubia on 23 September. Initial investigations indicate the driver of a silver Toyota Camry lost control of his car at around 12.50pm and crashed into a ditch.
• The driver, an 80-year-old man from Cypress Gardens, was taken to hospital in a stable condition. He died there on 19 October from his injuries.
• The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and asks anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage from the area to contact police.
