New Waste and Recycling App

Key points

• Council's Recyclopedia waste and recycling app will be replaced by a new app, Looped in Council, from Monday 2 November 2026. The new app will keep the same features, including the bin collection calendar, an A-Z of waste, recycling and general waste information, and disposal facility details.
• Over the coming week, users of the old app will see a pop-up message with instructions for switching.
• The new app can also be downloaded directly.
