Local surfers dominate Vic team

• Seventeen young surfers have been named in Surfing Victoria's elite junior team for the 2026 Australian Junior Surfing Titles at Margaret River. Sixteen come from the Surf Coast and one from Bellbrae.
• The event runs in Western Australia from 30 November to 8 December and serves as a key pathway to the Irukandjis, the national junior team. Lily White, from Jan Juc, arrives with momentum after winning the recent Rip Curl GromSearch event on Phillip Island.
• Jarvis Barrow, also from Jan Juc, will anchor the Under 18 Boys division.
