Community Invited to Celebrate Opening of New Inglewood Gym

Key points

• A new purpose-built gym at the Inglewood MacIntyre Sports Complex is now complete and open to members. The facility is nearly double the size of the former gym, which was housed in the flood-damaged Inglewood Recreation Centre.
• It includes new equipment, an outdoor option for classes, extra storage for community groups, Wi-Fi and enhanced CCTV. All residents are invited to the official opening on Saturday 14 November at 10 am.
• The total project investment is more than $400,000, with support from ACCIONA Energía and the Queensland Government's Community Benefit Fund.
